Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum/AI applications for industrial and consumer sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government innovation labs
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory shifts to inform compliance and competitive positioning
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives reducing digital carbon footprints by 30% by 2028
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Certifications in Strategic Innovation Management or Future Studies
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of at least 3 successfully commercialized future-tech projects
