- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market research and academic partnerships
- Drive innovation sprints focused on AR/VR integration and neural interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences and patent analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/AR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and machine learning frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
