Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum, biotech, and emerging fields
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Anticipate market disruptions and formulate adaptation strategies
- Drive organizational change management for technology transitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, patents, or books)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
