Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging domains including metaverse, sustainable tech, and neurointerfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market trends using data-driven methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies strongly preferred
