Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with complex data
- Global network in tech innovation ecosystems
