Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position our technology portfolio
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough projects with commercial potential
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching technology-forward products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic tech initiatives or published research
