Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
