Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption timelines and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough applications in decentralized systems and neurotech
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies across at least two of: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and regulatory frameworks for disruptive innovations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Strong network within global research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
