Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced R&D programs
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of launched technologies generating >$50M revenue
