We're seeking a visionary Future Technologies Strategist to lead our R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight to transform emerging concepts into market-ready solutions that will redefine industries.
As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, startup founders, and global policymakers to develop roadmaps for next-gen technologies. You'll have access to our state-of-the-art Quantum Research Lab and annual $500K innovation budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum/AI or peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with global research institutions
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Fluency in at least two programming languages
