Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Analyze regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech and circular economy solutions
- Mentor junior technologists in futuristic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
