Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot implementation of futuristic solutions
- Manage strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive leadership and board members
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team focused on next-generation technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure regulatory compliance in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing transformative technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, biotech convergence, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs, industry forums)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
