Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) with 2026 deployment targets
- Design scalable architectures for next-generation AI systems with ethical frameworks
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech integration across industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive adoption of emerging standards and protocols in tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, IEEE)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Strong project management skills for multi-year research initiatives
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in emerging tech domains (AWS Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
