Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Proven expertise in AI/ML deployment, quantum computing fundamentals, and distributed systems architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed future-tech innovations (neurotech, quantum, or AI-climate solutions preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong ethical tech governance background with familiarity with IEEE Ethically Aligned Design principles
