Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-adjacent technology roadmaps
- Architect scalable AI/quantum hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech paradigms
- Partner with policy advisors to shape ethical AI governance frameworks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for future-tech incubation projects
- Mentor junior futurists through our Emerging Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential
- Experience with global tech policy development (e.g., OECD, WEF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology prototypes
