Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including AI ethics, quantum computing, and biometric interfaces
- Design and prototype scalable solutions for autonomous systems and smart infrastructure
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 partners
- Present breakthrough innovations to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Secure patents and publish research in leading technology journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of shipping AI/quantum/sustainability innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: machine learning ethics, quantum algorithms, circular economy tech
- Experience with patent development and commercialization of breakthrough tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
