Responsibilities
- Architect multi-disciplinary tech ecosystems integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and ethicists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Prototype and validate breakthrough technologies in our Austin R&D facilities
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting deployment
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years experience in tech architecture with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum-resistant cryptography, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance eligibility or willingness to obtain US government clearance
