Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision, identifying key innovations in AI, IoT, and Web3.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and researchers in exploring emerging technologies and validating proof-of-concepts for future product integration.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to provide strategic recommendations to the board of directors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and driving innovation in previous roles.
