Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing quantum/AI solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead global R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
