Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI integration and next-gen interfaces.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives in Generative AI, ensuring ethical deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype futuristic products and validate technical feasibility.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced Robotics) and assess their potential impact on our ecosystem.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and generative adversarial networks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the next 5+ years of technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
