Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property frameworks for proprietary innovations
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward agile experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or bio-digital interfaces
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology products with >$100M impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Policy
- Experience scaling teams in fast-paced tech environments (Series B+ companies)
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or peer-reviewed journals
