Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master's/MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CDIO)
