Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical innovation into competitive advantage
- Build and manage a future-focused innovation lab with $5M+ annual budget
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Certified Future Strategist (CFS) or similar advanced credential
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D grants from government/private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
