- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government advisory boards
- Manage $5M R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Drive patent development for breakthrough human-compute interfaces

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum computing applications
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems to >100M user deployments
- Deep expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in Scenario Planning from WFS or similar institution
