Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging technology startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex trends into actionable plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with executive presence and board-level communication
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Foresight, Innovation Management, or Technology Strategy preferred
