Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities and revenue models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Build frameworks for ethical technology governance in emerging domains
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
