Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into core products
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Maintain relationships with venture capital firms and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
