Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) through market research and pilot programs
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders including CTOs and venture capitalists
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate cross-functional innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching disruptive products valued at $50M+
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- MBA or MS in Technology Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
