Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and strategic impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-facing tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
