Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with business objectives
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends and their industry implications
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and strategic impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage innovation sourcing
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
