Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive stakeholders
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology scouting
- Monitor global tech policy developments and geopolitical impacts on digital transformation
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact on business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
