Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a multi-year technology adoption roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology maturity assessments for emerging domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and track implementation progress
- Foster strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future or similar)
