Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and researchers
- Drive sustainable technology adoption and ESG integration in tech strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience scaling technology organizations and managing innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
