Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive technology trends (2026-2030) to inform corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Develop cross-functional roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and decentralized systems
- Lead enterprise-wide innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to the Board of Directors and investors
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and biometric protocols
- Mentor CTOs and engineering leads on future-proofing infrastructure and talent development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at executive level (VP/Director/C-suite)
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review on tech futures
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents and 10+ time zones
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of implemented technologies generating >$50M annual revenue
