You'll lead horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning to ensure our organization remains ahead of disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation ecosystem
- Conduct competitive technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of transforming vision into execution
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical and scenario planning skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
