- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and strategic progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven approach
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technologies preferred
