Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) to map 2026 commercialization pathways
- Develop strategic roadmaps for R&D investments in next-generation technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future capabilities into 3-5 year product visions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption timelines
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
