- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Architect innovation roadmaps for commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor a team of 8+ researchers and engineers in next-gen technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in innovation budgeting
- Certifications in foresight methodology (e.g., CFAP) or technology forecasting
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
