Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented business impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
