- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
- Manage technology innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
