Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of industry 4.0 and digital transformation frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property management
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
