- Design sustainable tech frameworks reducing digital carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to implement future-proof infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with <2-year adoption cycles
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to board members and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature/Science on emerging tech (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling systems handling >10M concurrent users
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) from MIT or Stanford
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience securing $50M+ tech transformation budgets
