Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks aligning with UN SDGs and ESG mandates
- Drive innovation sprints with venture partners on biotech-digital convergence projects
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical technology deployment methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2030-vision implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with climate-tech or neurotech ecosystems essential
