Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Design scalable architecture for autonomous infrastructure and human-AI collaboration
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and biotechnology implementations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation labs and drive startup partnerships in emerging tech sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds for tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS or APF)
