Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Build cross-functional coalitions for technology governance frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing enterprise-level transformation programs
- Deep understanding of ethical tech development frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
