Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to forecast 2026+ market impacts
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on future technology scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences
