- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor ethical implications and sustainability factors in technology adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints for prototyping future solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
