Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and client needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, generative AI systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent research in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven impact on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience managing enterprise-level innovation budgets
- Strong background in patent strategy and IP development
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish a significant plus
