Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate sustainability targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformations at enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading budgets exceeding $50M for R&D initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Fluency in technology valuation methodologies and market analysis tools
