Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into corporate strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present findings to industry panels and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong patent portfolio or published research in forward-looking tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global timezones
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
